horrible, took 1.5 hours to get out of lot. Park at a little lot 1 mile away and walk in to your event. Sofi parking just as bad.

I have been to countless games at SoFi Stadium and this is BY FAR the BEST choice. People complain about the time to exit, try parking in the actual Sofi Lot. Price, also half the price of Sofi to walk an extra 200 yds. Wanta save money and shuttle all the way to the library, go ahead, there is traffic everywhere after an event. Wanta park at Forum where my car was broken into, go ahead. If you are going to a big event, in LA, expect a crowd and don’t blame the parking garage when you get frustrated. Plan ahead. Again, the most secure parking for a game unless you want to pay $200 to be 200yds closer inside Sofi lot.

Parked here for an event at the Sofi grounds. Pulled up and they said my ticket was redeemed already when clearly they have to check license plates so how would that even happen. I explained that it’s clearly a mistake on their end if I am barely showing up right now, how is it possible that it’s redeemed already. Young man agreed when I said that it could have been a possibility that someone on their end inputted it wrong and their manager chewed them out in front of me. Not professional at all. Manager said he was obligated to let me through now because the young man agreed. Do better and treat your employees with respect.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Exiting the parking was a nightmare, more than an hour waiting as we were parked on the 3rd floor, and the attendants did not let us get out while there was a constant glow of cars going down because “they had to clear up the upper floors first” when I got out of the car to complain with fellow cars stack behind us all honking the horns in protest, they just start playing with the flashlight. A supervisor arrived while eventually they started letting us out, and she screamed that she had to empty the upper floors before letting us out. I told her while passing that it was not right, to which she yelled back “THEN DONT COME BACK HERE”….. OHHH… YOU BETCHA, BABY!!!..,

Should have read reviews! Do not park here for an event. Took 1 1/2 hrs to get out of lot. Really put a damper on a nice evening out.

This lot is expensive, difficult to get out of and constantly try to get more money from people. Better to park anywhere else.

Worst parking experience. The price was extremely high and it took hours to get out of the lot. The other lots that we passed walking back from the stadium were moving so much more. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

I parked Valet. Lots of bright lights and security cameras. Someone broke my rear window and stole property from the back covered trunk area. I reported it to security so they could check the cameras. Thought it was a safe place to park but it was not. I went to the Sofi. It’s also a very difficult place to get out of after the concert. Park somewhere else.

As respect to the Handicapped ( placard card, and car plate licenses. We need the free parking at gate. Not all of us play cards. But we do other things, (lunch, dinner , play horses. You need to do better for your ( senior's and disable people. YOU CAN DO BETTER . Thank you

Do not park here for any SoFi event. Parked here for McCartney Concert. Easy in, but getting out took 2 hours after concerts end. Cars did not start moving until 1 am, totally blocked in until SoFi lots were empty. Only gave it 1 star because I couldn’t post with zero stars.

Car park attendants tried to get us to pay another $24 ‘VIP’ near exit ‘to save us a couple of hours on way out ‘ on top of $80 already paid. Wish I had done it - even waiting to move for an hour after getting back to car - you should seriously reconsider if you are thinking of parking here for an event!

We parked at the HPC parking lot for the NFL championship game and the parking attendents were trying to scam the people that purchased parking in advance by getting them to pay extra $100 for so called preferred parking. I would not use this lot again or Kentucky Parking Management which I have not been able to contact.
