It can take hours to get out of this parking garage and if it's not within the perfect time, you'll pay way more than you should. My car died the other night, we were there for a concert and wasn't able to do anything, I had to call someone to bring jumper cables up and it was a while before I was able to start my car, then I had to wait in an hour of traffic exiting the garage, just to get charged $58 dollars for my evening stay. Definitely never parking there again.

After working a busy Saturday shift…last Saturday, I was finally leaving after a 12 hour work day, to head home and rest. The garage was busy due to a ballet at the Balbo Theater. I handed a voucher that I get from work to a women working the far lane leading to 3rd street/G street, only for her to act like she never gave it to me. She tried to grab my card and run it for me which is unsanitary during covid, so I asked to put it in on my own. She let me then said I never handed her a discount ticket and charged me $44 instead of the $8 that I ALWAYS pay with the voucher after work. I was told to dive back through to a manager on the opposite exit who handed me a business card to call him Monday after the weekend. I called Monday and he was off work. Frustrated I forgot for a couple of days and went to follow up today for him to say I never handed her a ticket according to camera footage. I stacked the coupon under my parking ticket handing to her simultaneously, of course the camera wouldn’t see it.

If you want the flat rate wait till 8 pm exactly! I pulled in at 7:15 pm and left at 11:30 pm and got charged $34! Was charged $2 every 15 minutes total! We thought it would be $2 every 15 min till 8 and then $10 from 8-5 The sign is very misleading. When I called the girl on the phone told me because we didn’t pull the ticket exactly at 8 we did qualify for the flat rate. Sign only says max rate from 5 am to 8 pm. It DOES NOT say flat max rate will apply from 5 am to 5 am if come in before 8 pm. Rip off and please beware
