I’ve had a space there since its opening and I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had cars parked in our “Reserved 24 hours” CLEARLY on the wall that you can see whether you back up or pull in.
The signs are in EVERY parking space clearly posted.
It is frustrating when you pay for a 24hour space and are constantly having to park on the 5th or 6th floor because someone decides they can park there.
Langley tries their best to deal with the situation
But you need to pay attention to the signs which ARE on every reserved spot

Poor signage and fraudulent practices. We came on a Saturday for the farmer’s market and came back to a boot. We parked on floor 2 and according to the attendant we were in an owner’s spot. So were the 2 cars next to us and all were booted. NONE of the other cars on floor 2 were booted despite being in “reserved 24 hours” spots like us. Don’t park in spot 248 or in the ones to the left of it, or you will be booted to the tune of $75. Rich getting richer on the backs of middle class regular folks.

I have worked in the Langley Building and parked in the garage for the past 6 years and have never had an issue.
As long as you don't park in reserved spot, you will be fine.

Very poor signage. I, like many others, thought that the reserved signs meant that people who paid for parking could park there. I came back from volunteering at a Children's Hospital event to a boot on my car that cost $75 to remove. This place intentionally uses poor signage to trick newcomers into mistakenly parking in a forbidden spot and incurring large fees. Do not choose to park here! May God judge the owners of this place for their unnecessary greed.

another person scammed and booted for parking in a spot after the reserved 6am-6PM spots. attendant couldn't really explain the violation. Thought I was in NYC.

The spot I parked in did NOT have a reserve sign on it. It only had 3 digits. Per the owner I should have Known the 3 digit number means reserve. that cost $75 for the boots to be removed. Plus $14 to get out of the garage.
My husband Drives a large dully. He parked in his tight spot next to me. He got booted because of his wheels were in my spot. That cost $75. Plus $14 to get out of the garage.
The owner tried to charge him for 2 spots on his personal credit card reader at the gate.
The owner Brandon is very hateful and very pushy trying to take credit cards and parking tickets from our hands.
They have been reported to anyone that will listen.

The stupidity of people amaze me. Every spot that has a restriction has a “RESERVED” placard on it. Some are 6am-6pm and some are 24hrs. If you get booted you either can’t read or have no common sense. I’ve parked there for years with no boots. During the day it is fairly expensive, but you can check the City of Knoxville website for free parking hours. Hope this helps and friends, don’t take advice from dumb people.

Do NOT park in the 24 Hours reserved spots. They'll boot you and make you pay. No matter what day or time do not park in the 24 hour spots. It's $75 once booted. Avoid Mon-Fri 6a-6p til after 6pm. It's free parking after 6pm and on weekends except for 24 hour spots. Read the signs at either entrance.Parking is expensive compared to other garages. Read the signs. If you don't understand what it means don't park there.

Do not park in this nasty garage. We seen cars with big clamps on the tires. Some older looking lady being screamed at about their car being clamped down. There is so much dirt on the ground it is hard to see the painted lines. There were vehicles so dirty you know they have not left that garage in months. Probably letting people run a chop shop out of there. Someone threw a used condom on our windshield as we drove by. We asked if it was safe to park in the garage she said yes. But I do not believe her. There is only 1 of her for a 9 story garage. What a joke. She has no weapons. No badge nothing to make her look like security. Or protect herself from all the people yelling and ganging up on her.

I am a former Lady Vol and work for the Lady Vols now. I stopped the Pat Summit Foundation to handle some business. When I returned to my car it was locked by the wheels. I was parked in a reserved spot for the Pat Summit Foundation. The guard told me he had to have $75 to remove the locks. Either I could pay or the Pat Summit Foundation could pay. After multiple attempts of trying to call the Foundation they never answered. I was running late for another meeting so I had no choice to pay this person the $75. He would not let me keep the ticket that was on my window. He shoved the money and ticket in his pocket removed the locks and fled the garage. I spotted him as I was leaving behind the garage vaping. I think this was a scam. I don't think he works for the garage or the anyone tied to the garage. Knoxville why do you let this happen. Knoxville please check into this place!

They are running a full on scam. The ticket that was provided the gate had a set of parking spaces on it. We parked in one of the spots the ticket said to park in. When we return to our car there was boots on it and a noticed that said we had to pay $75. We showed the person the ticket and showed him the parking space numbers. he said no we don't go by that. He called his boss. His "boss" was at home. Why was his boss not here somewhere. The 2 of them would not give out their last names so we could report them. the badge this guy had was paper. We refused to pay. The person said we had just a few days and they would have our car towed. We finally agreed to pay. we tried paying the $75 with $100 bill. the person said he was unable to give us change so we would not get our $25 back. He would not accept a check nor a money order. We tried paying with a 2 debit card. he tried 3 times and it would not take it. That the machine had issues. So we had to give him a credit card.
SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN KNOXVILLE!

Don't support this garage, booted car after dinner out.
This is a bad way to greet the downtown guests.

Im convinced this parking garage exists to screw people. Parked here on a holiday when employees aren’t working and got a boot on my car for parking in what was, supposedly, an employee parking space.

I work in the Langley building. Came in after 8:30pm, the garage was empty, I had my kids with me so I parked beside the door. I took the kids in to grab my papers off the printer and came back out to three guys huddled around my car still putting the boots on. One guy laughed and said I should’ve parked in the spot directly across from there because they’re available after 6pm and the whole garage was empty. They saw me walk in and waited around my car for me to come out and then asked how I would be paying the $75 fee to get the boot off. I’m actually in shock at the lack of compassion knowing that I had only been there a few minutes and had two toddlers trailing behind and it was almost 9pm because I was working super late and exhausted.

This garage is for the rich. Cost $14 for 3 hours. You can park anywhere else in Knoxville for $7 a day. If you park in a spot that says reserve even after you get a ticket to park in this garage it will cost $75 to have the Denver locks removed. I am not 100 percent sure the security guy really works for the garage. His badge was made out of paper and looked like he printed it at home. We seen 5 other cars locked
The security guy informed us we should have went pass level 4 to park. We drove up there afterwards. There are abandoned vehicles parked up there. You can tell by the amount of dirt and the flat tires. This looks like the places the news says sex trafficking happens. I would have thought we would have been robbed by the time we got away from all that.
There is 2 inches of black stuff covering the floors. There was trash laying around.
The city of Knoxville needs to shut this garage down before something bad happens. Please avoid this place for your safety and your wallet.
DO BETTER KNOXVILLE!!!

We parked here for a Saturday farm market day. Came back to find our car booted. Guy didn't care that we are new to Tennessee so would have no clue what the parking garage rules are. Apparently if there is a sign that says reserved 24 hours you can't park there. Only the spots that say reserved M-F 6am to 6pm are available. $75.00 to park for a couple hours.

We parked there for a fun dinner and show in Knoxville only to find a boot on our car when we returned. Don't ever park here!!!
