Park'N Fly - Toronto Airport (Valet)

my car broke down in the parking lot. the staff was very helpful. Kept watch to get the CAA truck to come in. Also checked on me time to time to see if I was ok.. i have parked in the economy parking several times . Always good service . most of the time a bus comes to pick us to airport within 15 mts. But always better to give about 1/2 an hour to be safe. I would highly recommend anytime. I always use park n fly. good service ..

Horrible experience. Had someone help us drop off the car at the counter and told us to hit “drop off” on the app. We had an electric car and told the employee, she said it would be charged as that is why we chose valet! We came back to our car not being charged and told we didn’t drop it off correctly and it was our fault. Will never use again. Had to wait for a charge with our vet exhausted one year old.

Picked up at airport about 5 min after calling. Driver stopped to assist a man with a baby - she said she saw him standing and waiting for a long time4. Then stopped to give another man directions. We told her we had not scanned our discount barcode upon entry because it was on my computer not printed. She told us to call for assistance. We did, and assistant arrived in a vehicle to assist in about 1 minute. She assisted me pay at the discounted rate. Simply outstandanding people!

My wife and I are handicap and after repeated attempts to contact park and fly with no immediate response we booked valet parking. We had three pieces of luggage and a wheelchair but the driver made no effort to lend a hand and yet was expecting a tip at the end.The service sucks.

Paid for very poor service. We waited for almost 2 hours with with no explanation as to why our vehicle was not waiting for us.
