St Louis Lambert International Airport - Lot D

do not park here under any circumstances. My ticket could not be read because it was faded. We have been waiting for nearly an hour for someone to let us out. We have called multiple times and each time they tell us 10 minutes. I have to get home and take medicine. They stated that it is posted tickets will fade so it's my fault but THERE IS NO SIGNAGE!! Nothing on my ticket. Nothing at the gate. It's their stupid fault. NEVER STAY HERE!! I feel like I am being held hostage

Do not use this service, you will be waiting for hr or more, while all other shuttles circle around constantly.

We came back from our trip and when we were ready to leave our parking ticket could not be read. We called the call button and no one answered. Been standing here for over an hour not able to get out. This is just rediculous. I have a tiny baby screaming in the car and no one is here for assistance ...

No Receipt given at the automatic checkout. Two cars having trouble getting their credit/debit cards to scan had to back up and wait for help just get out of the lot. This caused a longer than normal wait. I need a receipt for work and got nothing. This lot needs attendants in my opinion.
